# Why a help center was blocked?

If a Help Center has been permanently blocked, it means the domain or activity
associated with the request triggered security systems designed to prevent
abuse, scamming, phishing, impersonation, and misuse of the platform.

COMMON REASONS FOR BLOCKING

Help.center enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on fraudulent or misleading
use. Domains and contents are automatically evaluated, and if they match known
patterns of abuse, access is denied. Below are the most common triggers:

 1. Use of Misleading or Impersonating Domain Names

Domains that closely mimic well-known entities, services, or organizations
without proper authorization are not permitted. This includes domain names
that may appear to impersonate or mislead users into believing they are
affiliated with another brand or institution.

 2. Suspicious Activity Patterns on Article Content

Certain behaviors are automatically flagged based on historical data and
known abuse tactics. If the system detects similarities to these patterns,
access may be blocked as a precaution.

ENFORCEMENT POLICY

All content and domain submissions are continuously monitored using a
combination of real-time detection tools and compliance review. Blocks are
applied automatically when violations are detected, and repeat attempts will be
handled with increasing severity.

Repeated violations or attempts to bypass the block may result in permanent
restrictions and loss of access to platform services.

IF YOU BELIEVE THIS WAS A MISTAKE

If the domain or project is legitimate and was mistakenly flagged, it is
possible to request a review. Submit a clear explanation to care@help.center
[care@help.center] and any supporting documentation to verify the authenticity
and purpose of the Help Center.
