In your analytics dashboard, under the Widget section, you can view analytics for your widget.
Total conversations | The number of conversations that has happened in the Ask section |
Questions answered | The number of questions that has been answered. |
Feedback received | Number of times an answer was found helpful and unhelpful. If a user clicks on That helped button, that counts as helpful. If they click on Get email support, that counts as unhelpful. |
Here is an example of a chatbot conversation, where AI asks the customer two questions after it has given its answer.
"That helped" - is treated as helpful and increases the positive feedback count.
"Get email support" - is treated as unhelpful and increases the negative feedback count.
