Where can I see keywords for failed searches?

In your analytics dashboard, each search performed by your customers will be listed under searches based on the date filter in the top right corner, which displays a specific time period.

There is a special tab called failed searches where a customer was not able to get any answer. And under search query, you will see the keywords for failed searches.

Click 'Search query'

The table will also show two columns - Search results and AI answered for each search query.

Search results column reflect the number of articles that showed up in your help center for that search query.

Click 'AI AnswerI am sorry. I cannot find an answer. Is there anything else I can help you with?Was this response helpful ?YesNoSearch resultsHow does Help.center AI knowledge work?Freshdesk...'

AI answered displays AI-generated responses in your help center for each search query.

If no answer was given, it will show an X mark.

If you click on the X mark, you will see an option to view the related ticket by clicking on the View entire conversation button.

Click 'View entire conversation'

Actions enable quick creation of new articles or AI FAQs. Click on the +Add button see the shortcut menu to add an article or AI FAQ. This will help you to add missing pieces of content for AI knowledge so that the next time another customer has the same query, it will be answered by AI.

Click 'Add AI FAQ'
