How to create a custom domain?

Enter your domain details

Your knowledge base website can be loaded on your custom domain. For example, URL that looks like this:

https://companyname.help.center

can be set to load on your on a subdomain like:

help.yourwebsite.com

Navigate to Settings, select General, then Domain, and enter your subdomain details. Finalize your changes by clicking on the save changes button.

Update your DNS settings

You have to go to your DNS editor to update your DNS settings. In the above example, we will need to add the following CNAME DNS record : help.acmeinc.com pointing to acmeinc.help.center
