# Shortcuts in the Inbox

There are a couple of shortcuts in the Help.center [http://Help.center] Inbox to
help you navigate tickets easily, as well as make your reply process much
easier. Here are the shortcuts and what they are meant for:

For example, in the screenshot you can see the shortcuts that change the ticket
status to Open, In progress and Closed.
